1、容積測定。

1. Volumetric determination.

在室溫下用1000mL測量缸，將相應(yīng)體積的水入紙餐盒、大餐盒600mL，中餐盒500mL，小餐盒400mL，目視檢查無溢水合格。

At room temperature, use a 1000mL measuring cylinder to pour the corresponding volume of water into the paper lunch box, big lunch box 600mL, Chinese lunch box 500mL and small lunch box 400mL. It is qualified if there is no overflow through visual inspection.

2、耐水試驗。

將紙制飯盒放在紙板（或漿板）上，倒入溫度（90±5）℃的5％NaCl水，加入1～2滴甲基紅指示劑溶液，高度不應(yīng)低于20mm。1小時后倒水，觀察背面及兩側(cè)是否有滲漏痕跡，如無滲漏痕跡則合格，否則判定不合格。

Place the paper lunch box on the cardboard (or pulp board), pour 5% NaCl water with a temperature of (90 ± 5) ℃, and add 1~2 drops of methyl red indicator solution. 3、耐油試驗。

（150±10）°c食用油（花生油、豆油），用瓷勺加上（10±2）毫升的紙制午餐盒，然后將紙制午餐盒放在餐巾紙上。經(jīng)過1h，觀察餐巾紙上是否有油點，如果沒有油點，是否合格，否則不合格。

將紙質(zhì)飯盒平放在平板上，蓋上盒蓋。用金屬尺測量紙質(zhì)飯盒的高度（甚至蓋子），準(zhǔn)確到1毫米，然后倒入砂漿-沙子混合物。盒蓋合上后，放一塊200毫米’200毫米’3毫米的平板玻璃在上面。然后在平板玻璃中心放置3kg砝碼，當(dāng)砝碼加載15s后立即取下砝碼和玻璃板，然后準(zhǔn)確測量上述高度。

5、盒蓋折次試驗。

將試樣盒蓋連續(xù)180°角開合15次，觀察與盒體連結(jié)處應(yīng)無裂口、開裂。
