目前市面上的奶茶紙杯都是通過(guò)壓縮成型，杯面難免會(huì)出現(xiàn)不同程度的拉伸線(xiàn)絲，這是屬于正常的。一般肉眼看過(guò)去都能接受的情況下是屬于正常的，如果拉伸紋特別明顯的粗大，說(shuō)明制作工藝不足。

在杯子制作工藝的過(guò)程當(dāng)中，數(shù)量的多少是不可以保證的，難免會(huì)出現(xiàn)偏多偏少的情況。畢竟杯子在生產(chǎn)的過(guò)程都是批量生產(chǎn)的，中途難免也會(huì)出現(xiàn)幾個(gè)杯子是不合格的，不合格的杯子我們要拿出來(lái)，在生產(chǎn)的過(guò)程中把數(shù)量補(bǔ)上去，也要看當(dāng)時(shí)生產(chǎn)這批杯子的原料等等因素。所以數(shù)量誤差的存在是在所難免，以實(shí)際數(shù)量為準(zhǔn)。

奶茶紙杯定制都是通過(guò)克重來(lái)計(jì)算單價(jià)的，但是在工廠(chǎng)制作的過(guò)程當(dāng)中，并不能保證每個(gè)奶茶杯的克重都是一樣的，都會(huì)出現(xiàn)正負(fù)差的重量，就算你同時(shí)剪一段10米的繩子，他們的重量都是不一樣的，為什么會(huì)出現(xiàn)這樣的情況呢？因?yàn)楫a(chǎn)品的密度分布不均勻。但是，整體的重量是不變的。
